How to improve the Global Educator course?
Good feedback from the training, however quite a lot of comments in relation of TOO much information and how hard is to follow when English is your second language.
Question: What should we cut?
Also comments in relation of how hard is when English is not your first language.
Question: How could we work around this? Will it help to send reading materials in advance (will participants read this in advance?
) Should we be more "strict" in the question about proficiency in english? (This question was asked in the application form).
Looking forward to hear your comments!!!

Don't think is a matter of cutting down information but maybe spread it into more sessions, to allow people to take more time on digesting the different topics...
My opinion is that there wasn`t enough time to take it all in during the sessions as we had to move quite fast from one topic to another, and some were left quite confused.
This might have led them to believe that the language was the problem... when in fact it could be about the information being so condensed...
more sessions...
Good point...perhaps we could think in level 1 and level 2...and see who has interest in do more in depth. Thanks for your comments.
